Product Shipment Process:
Once you place an order, we aim to ship it within 3-5 days after processing. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we do our best to get your order as quickly as possible.
Our orders are shipped throughPrintify, a print-on-demand company that ensures each unique product is produced only once ordered. While we cannot support returns or exchanges for customers who ordered the wrong size or color or simply changed their minds, we offer a free replacement or refund for damaged products or manufacturing errors. Our team will gladly assist you if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
Please note that refunds are issued to your Printify account balance, which you can withdraw to transfer back to the original payment method. Additionally, we cannot offer replacements or refunds if the customer orders the wrong size or color, and in case of an unsuccessful delivery, a partial refund will be issued.
